Google OAuth data
When you sign in with Google, Monle receives only the basic profile data needed for authentication: your email address, name, Google account identifier, and profile image if Google provides one. Monle does not request access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or other Google content.
We use this data to create or match your Monle account, determine whether you are a platform administrator or seller member, maintain a secure session, and record security audit events.
Seller and platform data
Monle may process seller profile data, shop identity, billing contact data, provider connection state, onboarding status, payment-account references, support notes, and operational audit records. Customer order, payment, delivery, and document data is processed only as needed to operate the commerce workflow and integrations selected by the seller.
Processors and integrations
Monle may use infrastructure providers, email providers, Google OAuth, Stripe Connect, payment providers, delivery providers, Saleor services, and social platform APIs. Provider access is limited to the function that the seller or platform administrator configures.
Retention
Account, security, billing, and legal records are retained for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. OAuth session cookies expire according to the active session policy and can be cleared by signing out.
Sharing
Monle does not sell personal data. Data is shared only with processors and connected providers required to deliver the service, comply with law, protect users, or complete seller-authorized integrations.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection where applicable under GDPR. Contact monle@monle.eu. If you believe your data protection rights were violated, you may contact the relevant supervisory authority.
Security
Monle uses HTTPS, server-side sessions, role checks, provider secret separation, audit records, and least-privilege integration design. No internet service can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but security issues are handled as operational priority incidents.
