Service
Monle provides seller onboarding, platform administration, payment-provider setup, social commerce automation, operational dashboards, and integration tooling for Monle-managed shops.
Accounts and access
Users sign in with Google OAuth or another enabled authentication method. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for using only accounts you are authorized to use. Platform administrator access is limited to authorized Monle operators. Seller access is limited to seller owners and invited members.
Seller responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for accurate legal identity, billing, tax, product, shipping, customer support, and provider configuration data. Sellers must comply with applicable consumer, tax, accounting, platform, payment, delivery, privacy, and marketplace rules.
Connected providers
Monle may connect to Google OAuth, Stripe Connect, payment gateways, delivery providers, Saleor services, and social platform APIs. Provider availability depends on provider accounts, approvals, KYC status, API limits, webhooks, and the seller's configuration.
Fees and billing
Platform fees, payment fees, offline ledger entries, and billing recovery flows are governed by the commercial agreement, seller settings, and provider records. Monle may restrict or suspend selected operations when required billing, KYC, provider, or risk gates are not satisfied.
Acceptable use
You must not use Monle for unlawful goods or services, abuse, spam, deceptive activity, unauthorized access, circumvention of provider rules, security testing without permission, or actions that disrupt the service or other users.
Availability and changes
Monle may change features, integrations, and operational requirements to improve the service, meet provider requirements, or comply with law. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, infrastructure incidents, or security events.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Monle is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms limits liability where limitation is not allowed by applicable law.
Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for breach of these terms, legal requirements, provider restrictions, unpaid fees, security risk, or misuse. Data export and retention are handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
